This item never drops any seeds.
Additional Info:
This item gives the High Jump mod which allows the player to jump higher than usual. It also allows you to drift down slowly if you continue to hold the jump button (like you're wearing a Parasol).
The Soda Jetpack was added on August 11th as part of Player Appreciation Week.
