The Phoenix Wings are only obtainable during SummerFest. They were a rare drop from Summer Surprises.

On July 5, 2014, a Global System Message announced that 500 Phoenix Wings have been given out to a random players. Since Phoenix Wings is a required item to complete the Quest of the Heavens, there are currently are less than 500 Phoenix Wings in the game, thus making the wings one of the most rare wings in the game.

At Summerfest 2015, there were no new Phoenix Wings added to the game and thus making the item even rarer. instead of Phoenix Wings, Phoenix Pacifier was added to the game during Summerfest 2015 in replace of Phoenix wings

These may never be released any time soon or at all

There is an estimated 350 phoenix wings left in the game, which might decrease as time passes.

NOTE: There is a high chance that no more Phoenix Wings will be added to the game.
