The Destructo Ray is an unobtainable hand item which was added alongside the City Pack on August 18, 2013.

Function

The Destructo Ray is only used by a staff disguised as Dr. Destructo during his special event. When players get punched by Dr. Destructo using this item, they get frozen for a few seconds. Equipping the Destructo Ray will make the player unable to break any blocks.
