The Medical Scarf is a neck item which is obtained by successfully Performing Surgery. It is a colorful scarf which has a rare chance of appearing when completing surgery. However, the Edison Zoomster and the Magnifying Glass are rarer to obtain than the Medical Scarf.
Note: This item may be a reference to the British T.V. show 'Doctor Who', as it is identical to the one the fourth incarnation wore.
