It is the Moderator-Exclusive Item of ex-moderator @Zerkon. It looks similar to a the mask Darth Vader wears. This helmet also summons a spacecraft to follow him and fire lasers rather than punching.
The spaceship flying around him resembles a Star Destroyer from Star Wars.
