Birth Certificate is an unsplicable consumable which was added alongside the Surgical Kit as part of the Growtopia General Hospital update.

Function

Consuming a Birth Certificate changes the user's GrowID. The item gives the Recently Name-Changed mod, which lasts for 60 days and prevents the player from using another Birth Certificate until the mod expires.

Trivia

• As part of Player Appreciation Week 2019, the duration of the Recently Name-Changed mod was increased to 60 days instead of 30.
• As part of Player Appreciation Week 2020, players under the age of 14 could no longer consume a Birth Certificate.
