A little white-out, a little scribbling, and voila, you'll have a new name! Use this item to change your GrowID permanently. Can only be used once every 60 days. Requires a GrowID. Is consumed when used.

Birth Certificate is used to change user's account name, disappears after use. Gives 'Recently Name-Changed' mod, which lasts for 30 days and prevents the player from making another name change while it's active.
