The Yeonnalligi only can be spliced during WinterFest. It looks like a kite.

To splice you need a Blue Portal seed and an Orange Portal seed.

Its name is korean (연날리기) and yeonnaligi is what it just pronounce in English version.

(not accurate) It may get to its lowest price after it becomes 50days after the winter fest (when every tree that didnt use sprays get harvested). At present, it is 10-15 wls, but people are starting to lose interest on it, placing the lowest price to up to only 4-5 wls.
