The Snowball is a splicable consumable.

Function

Your body has turned to ice. You can't move!

You've thawed out.

When used on a player, it applies the Frozen! mod for 2 seconds. The targeted player won't be able to move at all during this phase, even if they are not standing on a solid block.

Combining 20 Snowballs, 1 Dragon Hand and 1 Transmog Crystal in any Chemical Combiner will create a dropped Ice Dragon Hand, while combining 20 Snowballs, 1 Cultist Robe and 1 Transmog Crystal in one will create a dropped Growch Cultist Robe.

A Snowball can be fed to a Silkworm to give it a grey color.
