The Snowball is a splicable consumable.

Function

When used on a player, it applies the "Frozen!" mod for 2 seconds and gives the client message, "Your body has turned to ice. You can't move!". As the message suggests, the player won't be able to move at all, even if they are not standing on a solid block. When the mod expires, another message will be given, that says: "You've thawed out."

Combining 20 Snowballs, 1 Dragon Hand and 1 Transmog Crystal in any Chemical Combiner will create a dropped Ice Dragon Hand, while combining 20 Snowballs, 1 Cultist Robe and 1 Transmog Crystal in one will create a dropped Growch Cultist Robe.
