This item can only be created during WinterFest!
This item never drops any seeds.
Combining 20 Snowballs, 1 Dragon Hand and 1 Transmog Crystal in any Chemical Combiner will grant you an Ice Dragon
Also Combining 20 Snowballs, 1 Cultist Robe and 1 Transmog Crystal in any Chemical Combiner will grant you an Growch Cultist Robe.

The Snowball can only be created during WinterFest.
Snowballs might spawn when there's a special event, which will spawn 30 Snowballs in the world and the player have 30 seconds to find all the Snowballs. (This event can only spawn during WinterFest)
When used on a player, it applies the "Frozen!" mod for 2 seconds.
