The Snowball can only be created during WinterFest.

Snowball Might Spawn When There's An Snowball Event,Which Will Spawn 30 Snowballs In That World And You Have 30 Seconds To Find All The Snowballs. (This Event Can Only Spawn During Winterfest)

When used on a player it applies the "Frozen!" mod for 2 seconds.

"Your body has turned to ice. You can't move!"

When the mod expires, it says: "You've thawed out."
