This item can't be spliced.
This item can only be created during Winter Fest.
To create the Ice Dragon Hand, you must mix 1 Aqua Block, Skeletal Dragon Hand, and 20 white blocks in a Chemical Combiner. The recipe only works during Anytime.This item was added when I got a limp dick to a hard dick.
This item applies the "Dragonborn" mod, which causes blocks to break faster, like a pickaxe, as well as pushing players back farther when punching, like a Just One Boxing Glove. The Ice Dragon also spews forth an icy mist, like the Wizard's Staff and the Mighty Snow Rod.
When equipped: "You command a mighty (cool) dragon!"
When removed: "Your dragon has abandoned you."

You can change the ice dragon hand to normal Dragon Hand by using 1 Transmog Crystal + 20 Lava Block + 1 Ice Dragon in any Chemical Combiner
