The ATM Machine can only be obtained from the [[City Pack]] which costs 5,000 gems. It is a perma-item that can never be destroyed.
It drops between 1-50 gems per day (22 hour cooldown). There is also a small chance of obtaining a purple gem worth 100 gems from the ATM.
