The Skeletal Horsie is a special Halloween item. It is one of the prizes Growganoth can give for a sacrifice of a specific item. The Skeletal Horsie can be made by sacrificing the Tiny Horsie or Tiny Appaloosa. It is a wearable Foot item. Adds the Speedy mod.
