Death Spikes are blocks which instantly kill players on contact. They are a common sight in most parkours, spleef, flappy bird simulations, PVPs, impossible minigames or possible mini games, due to its ability. There are 2 versions of the Death Spike:
- As a column of spikes attached to a block adjacent to it,
- As a ball of spikes when no other blocks are adjacent to it
The Hanging Guytrap, Venus Guytrap, Great White Shark, Lazy Cobra, Deadly Spider, Twisted Spikes, Crystal Spikes, and Evil Eye also kill players on contact, much like the Death Spikes.
