The Cultist Hood can also be made by combining the [[Dominatus Moderateus]] Hood, 20 [[Purple Block|Purple Blocks]] and a [[Transmog Crystal]] in a chemical combiner. Therefore the Dominatus can be reverted back into a Cultist Hood, at the cost of a Transmog and Purple Blocks. In the trading system, Cultist Hood can be bought for 13-15 World Locks.

The wearer's mouth and eyes become invisible in the dark, their skin turns gray, and their face becomes heavily shaded. Their nose and face equipment are still slightly visible.
When equipped, the player recieves the message, "You've got quite a pokerface. (Mark of Growganoth mod added),"
and when removed, "Your face is back! (Mark of Growganoth mod removed).
