The Cultist Hood can also be made by combining the [[Dominatus Moderateus]] Hood, 20 [[Purple Block|Purple Blocks]] and a [[Transmog Crystal]] in a chemical combiner (confirmed by abt79). The wearer's mouth and eyes become invisible in the dark, their skin turns gray, and their face becomes heavily shaded. Their nose and face equipment are still slightly visible.
When equipped, the player recieves the message, "You've got quite a pokerface. (Mark of Growganoth mod added),"
and when removed, "Your face is back! (Mark of Growganoth mod removed).
