Black Cat Leash is a Halloween pet leash, obtained by using a set of twenty-five Locks of Black Fur. A black cat with a red collar follows the player when they equip the leash.

Sacrificing the leash to Growganoth replaces it with a Familiar Leash, showing the message "Growganoth infuses you cat with eldritch magicks!"
