The Dragon Hand is an item only obtainable through the Store for 50,000 gems, or by trading with other players.
In store description
"Call forth the dragons of legend! With the Dragon Hand, you will command your own pet dragon. Instead of punching blocks or players, you can order your dragon to incinerate them! In addition to just being awesome , this also does increased damage, and pushes other players farther."
In game description (item):
"Call forth the Dragons of Legend! Please be aware the legends may have been a bit exaggerated."
This item can't be spliced.
This item never drops any seeds.
