The Piñata Whistle is a holiday (Cinco de Mayo Week ) item only obtained by breaking the Ultra Piñata. The Pinata looks like a rainbow colored dog/horse/donkey.
Also could be bought by the store for 1.000 Gems. (Just avaible during Cinco de Mayo Week)
