The High Techy Wall looks very similar to the High Tech Block. It is mainly used to make Time-Space Ruptures, Blue Portals, Orange Portals, and Surgical Tools. It is made by splicing Robot wants Dubstep with a Black Block. If you place 2 High Tech Walls next to each other, they will connect with each other creating a continous pattern.
