The Shotgun is an unspliceable hand item only obtainable from the Zombie Survival Pack. It makes a gun noise and fires a spread of projectiles with stars similar to the lucky clover at the end.
When equipped you have the mod "Armed and Dangerous".
When unequipped "You are disarmed".

The in game description is a reference to the film Army of Darkness. It is the tag-line of the store that the protagonist worked in, he says it after brandishing a sawed-off shotgun proclaiming it as his "Broomstick". You can also use it to kill zombies.
