Toxic waste is the sludge that is left behind after breaking a toxic barrel, or from the toxic waste special event. Each piece of slime takes two punch to disintegrate, if you walk on the sludge, it reacts the same way as a cactus, causing damage and the appearance of yellow stars. This item is public, like Garbage and anyone can break the sludge, it doesn't contend to the laws of locks. The sludge never drops an item or seed.
On August 20, 2015, developer Seth gave some Toxic Waste out to the public by mistake at the Super Mod Dance Party
