The Pinata Whistle is used to spawn pinata events. On May 3rd a glitch occured causing Pinatas not to spawn. @Seth and @Hamumu fixed this by giving whoever's failed whistles didn't work, Whistles can be purchased in the Gem store for a mere 1000 gems.
