The Apple is a consumable item introduced with the Education Pack. It has a rarity of 19 and can be spliced with a Blueberry Seed and a Red Bricks Seed. A single instance of the Apple is included with the 5,000 gem Education Pack.
The item gives the "Doctor Repulsion" Mod for 4 hours, which prevents players from Performing Surgery on the affected player. This is a reference to the famous idiom, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
