During this day, Malpractice takes 15 minutes and Recovering take 1 hours.

When doing Surgery on Surgery Day, you have a chance of finding exclusive items including the all new Ambu-Lance and other Mecha Med Items!

As part of the multiple small Monthly Event revamps, an update to Surgery Day was added on July 30, 2021.
