When equipped, this item grants the Speedy & Speedy in Water: Neptune's Chariot mod, which allows the player to move faster in and out of water. The Neptune's Chariot is drawn by three pairs of https://cdn.growtopiawiki.com/uploads/8/8f/ItemSprites.png War Seahorses, three facing the player's screen and three hidden at the back.
Step 16 of the https://cdn.growtopiawiki.com/uploads/8/8f/ItemSprites.png Quest Of Steel requires the player to deliver 1 of this item. 1 Mint Julep may also be used as an alternative.
