When equipped, it grants the Speedy : Phoenix Armor mod, which allows the player walk faster on land. Respawning will produce a unique flaming effect.

The item's Speedy mod stacks with up to 2 other clothes with a similar effect.

Step 18 of the Legendary Destroyer requires the player to deliver 1 of this item.
