When equipped, this item grants Punch Damage: Giant Pineapple Pizza Paddle! mod to the player which allows them to break blocks faster by increasing the damage of the player's punch. This effect does not stack with other similar mods. In addition, it also replaces your punch animation with a slice of pizza being thrown, if it hits a block, a splat of pizza will persist. Also, when another player is near the smoke, the player will show a /yes emote.
