When equipped it grants the Double Jump + Slow Fall: Helping Hand mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air and glide down when holding the jump button. A walking white glove pet also appears and follows the player around.

This item is inspired by the Helping Hand from the Disney Animated Mickey Mouse Club House.
