When equipped, it grants the Double Jump & Slowfall : Grow Air Balloon mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air and glide slowly to the ground when holding the jump button. Players can change the item's appearance by equipping and unequipping it, similar to the Diamond Horns.

• Grow Air Balloon's name is a portmanteau of "grow" and "hot-air balloon", the latter referring to the type of aircraft it is based on.
