When equipped, it will grant the Double Jump: Rift Cape! mod, which allows the player to jump for a second time in mid-air.
This cape features several special customization functions. To set the color for the cape and collar, the player needs to enter an RGB (Red, Blue, Green) value. To separate the individual values, the player needs to use a comma. Setting the Time Dilation Cycle Time defines how often the cape will change between the two Cape Styles.
