The Thanksgiving Week event for 2020 which occurred on 19 November 2020. Along with the new items, the Turkey Hunting Pack was introduced in this year's update that includes three Thanksgiving Bell and a Turkey Sucker which can be used to suck Thanksgiving Turkeys by punching them during the Turkeys Surprise! special event, having the chance to explode randomly after collecting a number of turkeys.

November 27th: Black Friday! We're cranking up the awesome for Black Friday Sale from the 27th to thel 28th of November. Bundled with every purchase of "It's Rainin' Gems", "Gems Fountain", and "Chest o' Gems" will be the new Black Friday Black Boxes. These Black Boxes contain event exclusive black themed items only available during Black Friday! Over the two days, every hour a different item or pack will be featured and give brand new Cashback Coupons with each purchase! The Black Friday event occurred on 27 November 2020. During the event, from Friday to Monday, smashing blocks gives twice as many gems. The Monochromatic Blast is also available in the Growtopia Store for 25,000 Gems, the same as the previous year. This year, this update added Black Friday Black Box, which can be obtained from purchasing an In-app Purchases - the number of boxes depends on the in-app purchase bought. Consuming a Black Friday Black Box has a chance to reward the player a random black item. Along with the update, Cashback Coupon was introduced, which can be obtained by purchasing the pack of the hour during the Black Friday event.
