When equipped, the Ghoulish Wings grants the Double Jump: Ghoulish Wings! mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air.

Purple fumes billow and disappear, while evil faces fade in and disappear on the wings. When the player jumps, a similar evil face appears on the tile where they jumped.
