When equipped, the Pegasus Wings grants the Double-Jump: Pegasus Wings! mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air.

Pegasus Pursuit

During the Pegasus Pursuit event, equipping a Pegasus Wings increases the player's chance by an unknown percentage to obtain a Pegasus Chest whilst fishing, performing surgeries, or completing startopia missions.
