When equipped, it will grant the player Punch Damage: Purple Lightning mod which allows them to break blocks faster while having a floating staff next to the player and replaces the player's fist with purple lightning when punching.

Trivia

• The Radiant Doom Staff's appearance is a reference to Eson the Searcher's weapon from the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Movie called "Guardians of the Galaxy".
• As of Player Appreciation Week 2021 Day 1, the Radiant Doom Staff was added a lightning sound effect when punching.
