The rat summoned by this cheese is very friendly, but also very ill! Why would you want this plagued vermin for a pet? Well, getting a rare malady isn't always a bad thing, assuming you have a good doctor to help cure it!

When equipped, the Tainted Cheese grants the Malady Increase: Tainted Cheese mod, which allows the player to have a higher chance of getting a malady upon performing a successful surgery. It will also summon a sewer rat pet which will follow the player around.
