Vile Vial - Brainworms is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update. One has a chance to be obtained as a bonus reward from catching perfect fish.

Function

You've been infected with brainworms!

You no longer have brainworms!

When consumed, the player will receive the Brainworms malady mod for 12 hours, which can be cured (or removed) from a successful surgery on the player with the malady. Both players, the surgeon and patient, will receive a prize afterwards.
