This note is used to entirely lower a note an entire octave. A shorter explanation- "Used to make music with deep notes." This Sheet Music is used to make-Sheet Music: Flat Bass and Sheet Music: Sharp Bass. To make this Sheet Music item, you need are Sheet Music: Blank Seed and Blue Block Seed. If you place 2 Sheet Music: Bass Note next to each other, they will connect with each other creating a continuous pattern.
