When equipped, the Legendary Comet Hair grants the Punch Range + Slow-Fall: Comet mods, which allows the player to punch one tile farther and glide down when holding the jump button. The hair also constantly leaves glowing round blue particles.

Trivia

The Legendary Comet Hair was able to be dropped and traded when it was first released. This glitch was patched soon after, leaving very few instances of dropped/displayed Legendary Comet Hairs in game.
