This item cannot be obtained anymore via this method.

The Worm is an unsplicable non-solid background block which was added as part of the Gross-Out update on May 1, 2019.

When placed, the Worm serves a fully aesthetic purpose.

As of the Mutant Kitchen update, Worm recipe was removed for being "too gross". It was previously obtainable from consuming any gross food item from the Gross-Out update. It has been replaced with the Mutated Virus.
