The Pinball Bumper is a tile with a rarity of 53. It functions like a pinball bumper, knocking the player back when bumping into it. The bumper lights up for a split second when it bumps someone back. It can be made by splicing Blue Star Wallpaper and Steel Block.
The bumper was presumably made as an obstacle for racing and 'parkour' obstacle courses, common player-designed minigames.
