One can be obtained after reaching 100 personal points by splashing players with war balloons during the event at BALLOONWARZ worlds. When equipped, it will give a punch effect that is similar to the Squirt Gun. Punching players will give them the Soaked mod which will make them wet for 30 seconds and can put out fires similar to the Cloak of Falling Waters.
