Function

That was just pure madness...

When equipped, it will grant the We are all mad here! mod which allows the player to break blocks faster and when the player punches another player, the other player will appear to wear a Mad Hat 1, Mad Hat 2, or Mad Hat 3 on the player's head for a few seconds.
