The Shadow Spirit of the Underworld was released as Item of the month on October 1, 2018. It's effect is similar to Cloak of Hoveration. It's a neck item that summons a pet, visible only when you walk around. Staying still will make the pet go away and a ghost-like mask will appear on your face as if it's a face item. Equipping this item will replace the smoke particle when punching blocks with grey flames. It also gives the user long build effect
