It is quite easy once you get it you have to first deal with the problem under incisions (e.g. patient bleeding use stitches), if there is multiple then it might be hard like run over by a truck or something. Next use surgical lab kit and ultrasound, use surgical lab kit first in case it is a flu, if it already says what the problem (e.g. nose job) then just use surgical lab kit. After that use antiseptic (optional) until the patient is clean and anaesthetic. Then use scalpel, if the patient has broken or shattered bones then use splints and pins to fix it up (splint doesn’t need to have an incision but pin does) and if there isn’t any broken/shattered bones then keep using scalpel until the fix it button appears. After the fix it button just use stitches until no incisions and finally finish
Tips: Be sure to check whether you skill fail or not (e.g. if you skill fail anaesthetic and you use scalpel then you would kill the patient). If the patient’s heart stops or you need to use sponge then do it. Don’t panic because it is not timed, even if you leave it for a long time nothing would happen so stay calm. Lastly, hope this long surgery guide helped you.
