Upon equipping, it will grant the player the Surgeon Skills: Exquisite Bone Saw mod which will reduce skill fails during surgery.

There are four different types of bone saws which are Exquisite Bone Saw, Anomalizing Pristine Bone Saw, Anomalizing Elegant Bone Saw and Anomalizing Reliable Bone Saw.
