Function
When equipped, the Foil Hat grants the player immunity against 
Mind Ghosts, but not the other types of ghosts.
The Foil Hat shares this exact ability with the Alien Mind Protector. While the Foil Hat is a hat item, the Alien Mind Protector is a hair item, however.
