The Otherworldly Warning Light is an unsplicable non-solid toggleable foreground block which was added in the B.O.O. Update. One has a chance to be obtained as a possible drop from using a Boss Goo in a Spirit Storage Unit.
Function
When enabled (by punching), this item will flash every few seconds. When disabled, it won't light up at all.
